Description:

Change control is a systematic approach to managing all changes made to a product or system. The purpose is to ensure that no unnecessary changes are made, that all changes are documented, that services are not unnecessarily disrupted and that resources are used efficiently. Release Management is the process responsible for planning, scheduling, and controlling the build, in addition to testing and deploying application code releases. Release Management ensures that IMT delivers new and enhanced application services required by the business partner, while protecting the integrity of existing services.
