This document defines an approach to governing an approved major IMT Project including leadership, stakeholder management, planning and control. The objective of this process is to define the roles and responsibilities of the various team members and stakeholders, and to define the decision-making structure for the project. Processes such as risk management, issue management, quality management and benefits realization should be included to maximize the opportunity that the project will be successful.
